- To valorize poster sessions even more, the organizers have planned to start the poster sessions with a set of intensive oral presentations dedicated to the promotion of the posters, i.e. a sort of appetizer to attract the audience to visit your poster.
- This means that all poster contributors are requested to deliver a pre-recorded 5-minute-video of their intensive oral presentation. Such short oral presentation is composed of 3 slides (16:9 format only), one of them being a whole picture of your poster, and the other two indicating what is new in the relevant context. Also upload the PowerPoint or PDF of this short oral presentation in the format IO_AbstractID.pdf / pptx. Many resources exist on the internet teaching you how to do so. Watch for example this one on YouTube. Make sure to stay exactly under the 5-minute limit!
- Upload at least 48 hours before the start of the conference a renamed zoom_0.mp4 to IO_AbstractID.mp4, where AbstractID is the identification number of your abstract. If you forgot your abstract ID, please have a look at the Contribution List. The abstract ID and the contribution ID are the same. It is the number in front of your contribution title.
- All videos will be concatenated and will be live shown in the Intensive Oral session of the conference to all attendees, just before the poster session. The aim is to motivate people to visit you personally or in your Personal Zoom Room and ask you about your work.
