Introduction
At this page and subpages, detailed instructions for oral and poster presentations are given. Please read them carefully. Note that besides these presenter instructions, there is a separate Virtual Conference Handbook with instructions about the virtual part for all attendees, such as a basic introduction in Zoom. To ensure flawless functioning and smooth experience throughout the conference, we kindly ask the speakers to download and install the latest Zoom Client for their operating system. Using Zoom from a web browser does not support all Zoom functionalities!
Recording
All sessions will be recorded and pre-recorded. By participating in in-person and in-distance conference, you give the organizers consent to do so. If there is a strong preference by a particular speaker to do otherwise, the conference organizers must be contacted well in advance. All recordings will be made available only to conference attendees for the purpose of watching a missed talk due to the time shift, or due to technical issues on the part of the presenter for example.
