The conference registration fee for MEDEX'25 participants is as follows:

- regular: 390 EUR;
- student: 290 EUR.

The registration fee includes hire charge of the conference venue, lunches, coffee breaks, a social dinner, PoS related expenses and a 5-day ticket for Prague public transportation.

Once you have completed the online registration, the conference fee must be paid via bank wire transfer. Under the Payment tab, you will find instructions for payment of the conference registration fee. The registration of a MEDEX'25 attendee will be approved once the designated payment has been processed and received in the account of the local organizers (Czech Technical University in Prague).

Each registered participant will receive their invoice in person during the MEDEX’25 conference.

Please note that the Participant List contains the names of attendees who have been approved after a successful payment.

Attending the social dinner with an accompanying person requires an additional fee of 80 EUR, which is not included in the registration fee. This amount must be paid via bank transfer using the same bank details as for the registration fee.
