MEDEX'23 Conference Proceedings
The MEDEX'23 proceedings will be published by the American Institute of Physics (AIP). Manuscripts should be prepared in single-column 8.5 x 11 inch format, maximum manuscript length is 4 pages including tables, figures, and references.
AIP LICENSE AGREEMENT (pdf) must be signed and delivered to organizers before the end of the conference!
Detailed instructions, Latex template and a sample article are given on AIP pages.
Please re-format your FIGURES so that they are readable in B/W mode because NO COLOR figures are accepted.
The source files (the Latex version of manuscript and the PS files of figures) and the PDF file of the complete article should be compressed into a single archive and sent to the following E-mail address:

All papers will be acknowledged after testing that the format and length is OK. Closing date for delivery of manuscripts is November 17th, 2023 (extended). The online version of the proceedings is expected to appear beginning of the next year.
All papers will be sent to referees, as requested by the AIP. The publication dates will be announced as soon as the AIP gets its work done.
